Terms of Service

listcrush is operated by Baan Bear, an independent software business based in France. Contact: contact@baanbear.com. Full legal identification details (company registration) will be published here once available. Hosting: the application is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA); the database is operated by Supabase and hosted in the European Union (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland).

listcrush is a task-management application built around the Getting Things Done method. It is currently offered as a free, invite-only private beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

If paid plans are introduced in the future, they will be announced in advance and governed by updated terms that you will be asked to accept at the time of subscription. Nothing will be charged without your explicit action.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. One account is meant for one person.

Everything you put into listcrush remains yours. You grant us only the technical license needed to operate the service: storing your content, backing it up, and displaying it back to you. We claim no other rights over it.

• Do not use the service for unlawful content or activity.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or probe the service's security.
• Do not abuse the infrastructure (bulk automated traffic, spam through the email capture address, and similar).

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and also subject to Google's own terms. How we handle Google data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect the integration at any time in Settings.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind or service-level commitment. It depends on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, Supabase) whose outages are outside our control. During the beta we recommend exporting your data regularly from Settings. To the extent permitted by French law, Baan Bear's liability for damage arising from the use of this free service is limited to direct damages, and indirect damages (including loss of data, profit, or opportunity) are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, and nothing limits rights that mandatory (consumer) law grants you.

You can stop using listcrush and delete your account (and all your data) at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by French law. Please contact us first — most issues can be resolved amicably. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep the benefit of the jurisdiction rules that mandatory law provides where you live. For users acting in a professional capacity (B2B), exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Baan Bear's registered seat in France.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be announced in the app.
